Our products are made to order, meaning products are produced after an order has been placed.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, sizing and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
As our products are made to order, production begins after your order is placed. Please check the product description for the estimated production and delivery timeframe before completing your purchase.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or production issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
5. Production and Delivery
Our products are made to order.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping method, production demand, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
BARK AT MEN is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, extreme weather or other unforeseen events.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
EU customers generally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
