Return & Refund Policy

At BARK AT MEN, every piece is made to order. If you change your mind about your purchase, EU consumer law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

14-Day Returns

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at thisislozz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be returned in their original condition. You may try on a T-shirt to check the fit, as you would in a shop, but it should not be worn beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Items that have been washed, damaged, stained, altered or worn beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be subject to a deduction from your refund for any resulting loss in value.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. We will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item where the issue is our responsibility.

How to Return Your Order

Please email thisislozz@gmail.com with your order number and let us know that you would like to make a return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return to our production or fulfilment partner unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. BARK AT MEN is not responsible for items that are lost while being returned to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned item, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We may wait to issue your refund until we have received the returned item or you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time after the refund has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact thisislozz@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Please do not return a faulty or incorrect item before contacting us.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, you can return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the size you require.

Made-to-Order Items

BARK AT MEN products are made to order, meaning your T-shirt is produced specifically after your order is placed.

Being made to order does not, by itself, remove your statutory consumer rights. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies unless a specific legal exception applies.
